What is our company's stance?

Our job does not end until you're satisfied. We pride ourselves on after-sales service and honor full warranty on all our products, including our in-stock items. Too often people are treated with the "Big Box Store" mentality of "Once you buy, Good-bye!" Not here. We actually enjoy hearing updates on how your purchases have held up through the years. Whether good or bad, it gives us the feedback we need to make our business decisions. We have gone so far as to drop product lines and extrapolate displays if we feel the manufacturer does not represent our client well. YOU have a say in our company.
