General information

Acrylabs fluid applied roof systems are comprised of multiple applications of high build elastomeric coatings with a high strength fabric reinforcement embedded between coats. The systems can be applied directly to existing low slope and metal roofs as well new roof construction assemblies. Applied as a liquid, the
resulting durable membrane is fully adhered and totally seamless. The membrane is used to create flashings at roof penetrations, curbs, parapets and other critical areas. When complete, the monolithic surface provides no entry points for intrusion of water, snow, ice, etc. The seams and flashing accessories of other roofing materials are the weak points where most leaks occur but Acrylabs roof systems eliminate these issues entirely. Further, the 100% acrylic coatings used in the Acrylabs systems are UV stable and resist breakdown due to sunlight. This feature enables the roof membrane to be easily renewed with a single maintenance coat at the end the 10-year warranty period. At that time the roof warranty can also be renewed for an additional ten years.
