You may be aware of the Home Builders Association of Saginaw as the host to large community events; such as the Home & Garden Show, the Parade of Homes ~ both Spring & Fall as well as investing back into the community with their educational scholarships & Kitchen Walk event which benefits local charity Covenant Kids; but this non-profit organization offers the community so much more! If you are a homeowner, considering building or purchasing a home you want to use the Home Builders Association of Saginaw as your guide & resource to the homeownership industry! Our members are the core businesses for every aspect of homeownership. The Home Builders Association of Saginaw is YOUR local, non-profit association for the home building and remodeling industry in Saginaw County. Many of our members work throughout the entire Tri-City area building and contributing to our local economy & communities. Through continuing education opportunities and legislative support, we help our members provide home owners and potential home owners with high-quality new homes and remodeled homes that are safer, more energy efficient and technologically advanced. Through both our website & membership directory, we strive to provide the local community with all the resources they might need to achieve the dream of home ownership, improvement & maintenance; and enjoy it for years to come! Our membership includes builders, remodelers, property owners, developers, landscapers, insurance agencies, lawyers, mortgage lenders, tax advisors, floor covering & paint suppliers, and other building related suppliers to the residential construction industry. We are affiliated with the Home Builders Association (HBAM) of Michigan and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
